I don't know, While 40 °C is a bit hot, 4 °C and rainy is not pleasant either. I'm going to move to California when I grow up. 30 °C is perfect.

Over 27 °C and holidays = fine. Over 27 °C and job = nuisance.
As for the 40° C, it depends. If the air is dry and a soft breeze is blowing, this can be pleasant. If the air is thick and humid, even 30 °C can be hell on Earth.

Thereby breaking with time-honoured Talossan tradition. Come on, standardise on US spelling too. Why be different from the US? Heck, why have your own country? The Cestoûrs aren't Talossans, why should you be? ;-p Touché! Although Imperial units have been tradition for the Kingdom for nigh on nine years now (S:reu dal Nava had the best argument in favour of the switch). And Cestours often have been considered Talossans in a kind of weird, inferiour, ignorant way. That's why there's a special word for 'em -- they're not just foreigners.
